Quick Start

Option 1: Desktop App (Recommended for New Users)

The fastest way to get started — download, install, scan to login, ready to go.

1. Visit the Download page and download the desktop app for your OS
2. Install and open RsClaw
3. Configure an AI model provider (Qwen, DeepSeek, OpenAI, etc.)
4. Connect a messaging channel (WeChat / Feishu QR login, Telegram, Discord, etc.) and start chatting

TIP

The desktop app includes CLI tools. After installation, you can use the rsclaw command in your terminal.

Option 2: CLI Installation

For developers and server deployment.

1. Install

# macOS / Linux
curl -fsSL https://app.rsclaw.ai/scripts/install.sh | bash

# Windows (PowerShell)
irm https://app.rsclaw.ai/scripts/install.ps1 | iex

2. Setup

# First-time setup (detects OpenClaw data, offers import)
rsclaw setup

Then run the interactive wizard:

# Configures provider, model, and first channel
rsclaw onboard

3. Start Gateway

rsclaw gateway start

4. Verify

# Check status
rsclaw status

# Health check
rsclaw doctor

5. Connect a Channel

# Configure a channel interactively
rsclaw configure --section channels

# Or login directly
rsclaw channels login wechat   # WeChat QR scan
rsclaw channels login feishu   # Feishu/Lark QR scan

6. Send a Message

Send a message from the connected channel, and rsclaw will route it through the configured LLM and respond.

You can also test locally:
